- APPLY EARLY. Early applications oftentimes have an advantage
- WHAT IF YOU MISS THE DEADLINE? A phone call should tell you how strict the deadline is>
- HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS. Most of the summer programs listed below are offered on a university campus but many of these programs do not offer on-campus housing. During the summer, visiting college students may find that some dorms (both university-owned dorms and privately-owned dorms), some fraternity houses, and some sorority houses rent out rooms at a reasonably rate. If you are on a low-budget plan, you may want to consider this option. The first places to check for information about this option are the Housing Offices of the universities that are near or at the location of the summer program. Also call privately-owned dorms and, as appropriate fraternity houses or the sorority houses.
