LSAT REPEATER DATA

The following table provides information about repeaters who took the LSAT in 2010-2011 after having taken it previously.     Let's take a look at that information as it apply to a repeater whose previous LSAT score was 151. First we go to the first (yellow) column and scan down to 151. This row provides some interesting data. We have that that 2.635 percent (we divide 5 by 1897 and multipliy by 100) fell into the 130-139 range and 20.03 percent fell into the 140-149 range. More encouraging is that 72.48 percent fell into the 150-159 range and 7.22 percent fell into the 160-169 range. Unfortunately none of the 1897 repeaters reached 170 or above. Line 151 tells us that the average score of the repeaters was only 153.0. This means that the average gain in LSAT score was only 2.0. Of the 1897 repeaters, 65.47 saw their score increase (Plus), 7.54 saw no change, and 26.99 saw their score decrease.
